          Basic Functions:
          Direct Sale of Bank Products and directly related product suite to Targeted Prospects

          Essential Job Functions:
          * Sale of Banking Products & Services
          * Meet sales activity performance metrics including, prospect calls, prospect packages, referral source calls, number of new clients
          * Actively participate in networking functions and industry events
          * Actively solicit new business opportunities through direct cold calling, telemarketing, and development of direct marketing campaigns to create awareness of, and secure new business sales opportunities for bank products and services
          * Develop, demonstrate, and present banking proposals and/or products to targeted prospects
          * Actively maintain prospect databases on established bank systems
          * Procure & analyze prospect company information to determine compliance with bank requirements
          * Interact effectively as integral member of relationship banking team within market to structure, negotiate and close new relationships
          * Management Reporting & Accounting
          * Attend and participate in business development and sales meetings
          * Maintain and actively update prospect database and activity reports
          * Maintain and actively update pipeline and call reports using the bank established format
          * Develop and implement territory calling plan and strategy in conjunction with Division Leader and the Director of Sales
          * Submit new business & incentive tracking information to Division Management and monitor systems and reports for accuracy
          * Produce various reports as requested by Senior Management
          * Perform other duties as assigned
          Minimum Job Requirements:
          * Thorough knowledge and experience in Financial Service industries and direct business development
          * Strong knowledge of compliance with federal and state regulations
          * Excellent communication, interpersonal, consultative sales and presentation skills
          * Strong business development, relationship management and lead generation skills
          * Excellent organizational, problem solving, credit analysis and negotiation skills
          * Ability to effectively communicate and make effective presentations to prospective customers and company principals, existing customers, banking officials and community leaders
          * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment
          * Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
          * Personal computer skills to include various software packages, including word processing, spreadsheet, electronic mail and presentation, and banking systems.
          * Ability to teach or foster development in others.
          * Ability to make others comply in fair, equitable, non punishing fashion.

          * Key-boarding/Writing/Pinching (working primarily with fingers) 34-66% of the time
