Under the direction of Gaming Operations management, the Asset Coordinator position will execute timely enterprise reporting on pertinent Gaming metrics including inventory, historical trends, and current EGM performance. The person in this position documents, measures, and assists in the overall direction of the processes and workflows that directly impact department operations. Coordinates projects and procedures with multiple departments to achieve benchmark goals of the Gaming Division.Essential Job Functions:
* Update source data files to reflect current reporting period
* Update, format, and provide initial quality check for detailed monthly report for senior management of the Gaming Division
* Perform data merge function to produce a combined inventory report from disparate systems on a weekly basis
* Compiles status, coordinates project schedules, and identifies and assists in resolving issues
* Responsible for Gaming Operation accounts payable invoice review and coding via a paperless system with automatic routing
* Perform data standardization functions in reporting database including such elements as account executive assignments, region alignments, and game theme distinctions

Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
* One to three years of project coordination experience or equivalent related experience
* Gaming experience desirable
* Microsoft Office proficiencyEducation:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree preferredKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools: Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables, Microsoft PowerPoint formatting and graph linking
* Ability to learn new tools
* Ability to work well with others in a team environment
* Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
* Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Aptitude for problem solving
* Self-directed, highly motivate, thorough and accurate, ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Maintains positive attitude towards new challenges and good organizational skills
