          Minimum Qualifications:

          Education:
          High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of approved
          Operating Room Technical School (certification or one year of
          on-the-job experience in a major operating room preferred).

          Experience:
          1 year ORT
          job experience in major Operating Room may replace OR Technical
          School requirement.

          License/Certification:
          Current BLS
          Certification.

          Other:
          Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills
          necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients
          served on the assigned unit/department.
