Helpdesk Support; Robert Half Technology is looking for an up and coming Helpdesk Support agent for a 6 month contract to full time opportunity. Helpdesk Support Agent would be joining a team to support a 24x7 environment. Must be open to working 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Position pays $15.00 an hour on contract and can pay up to $17.00 upon full time hire depending on performance on contract. Helpdesk Support Agent will be providing corporate technical support to internal employees. Looking for the right team player to join the elite team of five diamond Helpdesk Support Agents. Will be first line of support for internal employees in all departments including Executive Offices. Responsible for attempting to resolve service requests related to applications or software incidents; LAN/WAN network and Internet connectivity; hardware and peripheral troubleshooting, break/fix; employee access and password resets; printer, copier and MFP machine issues; and Microsoft Office or Office 365 related problems. Candidates should have at least a year of current experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, network connectivity, Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2010, 2013 or Office 365. Experience using remote access tools to assist end-users. Will need to provide detailed documentation on incident resolution, prior experience working with an IT ticketing system and ITIL methodology would be very helpful.
