          Description: Responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of the venue, and the direct supervision of hourly staff members. Ensures a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation, training, and safety practices. Guarantees our high standards of performance are maintained. Accountable to develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate managers and hourly staff members.
          Qualifications: � Three to five years in a high volume food and beverage environment in supervisory capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience

          � Proven ability to lead and develop a team of hourly staff and managers

          � Stable work history

          � Excellent written and verbal communication skills

          � Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts

          � Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

          � Good judgment and decision making abilities

          Educational Requirements:

          � Associate�s Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred

          � Certified Professional Food Manager Certification required
