Elavon’s Global Acquiring Solutions organization is part of U.S. Bank’s Payment Services division. U.S. Bancorp is the fifth-largest commercial bank in the United States.

Elavon is currently seeking a Sr. SalesForce Business Architect | Service Cloud Consultant who will be a part of the SalesForce implementation team responsible for providing functional and technical expertise. Additionally this role will provide oversight of the design and implementation efforts of SalesForce projects in accordance with best practices and industry standards.


Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• At least 5 years of experience leading technical application solution design of SFDC Service Cloud, Sales Cloud (SalesForce CRM) and Force.com applications

• At least 10 years of experience developing, implementing and supporting business applications

• Solid understanding of SalesForce.com technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures

• Track record of providing development best practices aligned with SalesForce technical best practices and mentoring adherence to standards ensuring optimal coding standards

• Provides business requirements and business analysis leadership for project development and implementation

• 5 plus years of experience performing release management and environment management across multiple SalesForce Orgs

Preferred Qualifications

• SFDC Advanced Administrator Certification

• SFDC Developer certification

• Ten-plus years of overall IT experience and business experience

• High proficiency in SalesForce.com – deep understanding of all aspects of the Force.com platform including security, application integration, custom development administrative skills, security skills, and development skills such as process builder, Force.com, Apex, Visual Force pages

• Expertise with SalesForce customer communities

• Experience in performing data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using data loader

• Experience managing configuration of the Service Cloud Console and knowledge management

• Experience managing release/upgrade cycles for SalesForce

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

• Ability to work independently, lead a team, and be results-driven

• Experience with Agile / Scrum/ Scaled Agile Framework development methodology

• Experience working with source control, Backup and Restore tools
