The Nevada 4-H Families of Promise Mentoring Program seeks a qualified individual to coordinate the Churchill County 4-H Youth and Families of Promise program with the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe in Fallon, NV. Duties will include coordinating a 12-month youth mentoring program. Site Coordinator will establish, maintain, and monitor their site’s mentoring program (one-to-one, group, and/or peer mentoring), group program, 4-H Club program, and family program components associated with the site and maintain appropriate records and reporting requirements as required.

Successful experience creating and managing educational programs.
Experience working with youth development or education.
Understanding of UNR Extension programs Experience in creating and managing budgets.
