Job Description:

The general job duties include:

Sales order entry, invoicing, issuing debits, credits, processing returns. Proof orders for accuracy, answering the phones, filing, typing and assist with any other data entry and assigned tasks.

This position works closely with several internal departments in a variety of areas, including marketing/sales, purchasing and warehouse distribution, so special projects are occasionally assigned.

Candidate must possess these skills or personal traits: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate must have advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with heavy emphasis in Excel (testing required).

Must have organized, efficient job completion skills and work well under pressure. Prefer at least 2 years of documented productivity in an office environment.

Candidate should be able to communicate and interact with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company
