We're a growing chain with a hot opportunity for a Restaurant Manager at our Sparks location! This person should have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years of current Full Service or Fast Casual Restaurant Management experience
* High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing at least $2 million per year in sales
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the local community
* Hands-on in hiring, training, and development of hourly employees
* Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
