          PERI & SONS FARMS, INC (T) Farmworker and Laborer in YERINGTON Nevada United States

          Temporary position 4/1/13-11/1/13, the tasks in this job description constitute one (1) job; the employer may assign workers to different tasks on any day or to multiple tasks during the same day. Workers will be required to prepare fields for irrigation by sprinkler or drip delivery system and perform scheduled irrigation of the fields. Workers may also operate a tractor on a limited or incidental basis as is the norm for diversified commodities and assist in land preparation and planting/cultivating activities. Workers may be required to perform work on the farm that is incidental to farming the crops listed such as hand cultivation, weeding or hoeing onion, lettuce, and/or broccoli crops, cleaning and repairing farm buildings, seed beds, bins, grounds, set up and move irrigation pipe and equipment, gardening and weeding etc as SOC code 45-2092. Workers may be required to take a random drug and/or alcohol test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply with the requirement may result in immediate termination.
